Early Childhood Room (Ages 6 months - 7 years)

This program serves our youngest children ages 6 months through 6/7 years—in a warm, developmentally supportive, fully inclusive environment. This room welcomes both children with special needs and their typically developing siblings in the same age group, ensuring families can stay together and every child feels safe and supported.

The room operates with a 5:1 child-to-respite caregiver ratio, supplemented by trained volunteer buddies who provide additional attention and encouragement.

Designed for child-led play, exploration, simple crafts, and active engagement, this space allows little ones to learn, move, create, and connect at their own pace. Our caregivers focus on gentle guidance, sensory-aware support, and helping each child enjoy a positive and meaningful experience while their caregivers take time to recharge.

Youth & Teen Room (Ages 7–15)

This program supports youth ages 7–15 in a dynamic, relationship-centered, fully inclusive space welcoming both youth with special needs and their typically developing siblings in the same age group. This environment is designed to foster confidence, independence, and connection through meaningful social interaction.

The room maintains a 5:1 child-to-respite caregiver ratio, with the added support of volunteer buddies who serve as positive role models and mentors during each session.

Youth have the freedom to build friendships and practice social skills while engaging in group games, planned crafts, outdoor time, hands-on projects, and free-choice activities. The balance of structure and independence helps teens and older children relax, feel valued, and have fun at their own comfort level.
